Team Member Bio:

“Fitness has given me an all-natural release and outlet for life’s stresses, my anxiety, and my depression; Challenging myself, attaining goals, and breaking barriers with my body brings me a sense of confidence and wellbeing. I want to share that “feel good” with others! I’m just a woman learning and doing her best; a little shy sometimes but fun loving and focused on the positives. I dream of owning a home for me and my pets, branching out to other sports and my athletics, traveling, and becoming a successful business owner!!”

Emily specializes in one-on one training as well as group training. Her availability is mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Emily also teaches Core Class Saturday Mornings at 9:15am.
